









The College of Education, which was affiliated to the University of Al-Qadisiyah, was established at the beginning of the academic year 1996/1997. It included many departments; On January 13, 2003, a scientific edifice emerged in the province of Wasit, which the people of the province have always dreamed of, especially intellectuals and seekers of knowledge and knowledge, which is the University of Wasit, to be an important and essential source in spreading the light of knowledge, science and culture throughout the province and throughout the province. The College of Education was one of the colleges that the university embraced. It has been divided into two colleges according to the university order No. 12577 on 3/9/2018 of the academic year 2018/2019, one of which is for the humanities departments and the other for the scientific departments, which was named the College of Education for Pure Sciences, which included the departments (life sciences, mathematics sciences, computer sciences). The College of Education for Pure Sciences grants a bachelor’s degree for preliminary studies (morning and evening) for all departments.
The college aims to prepare modern curricula that work on preparing the student according to the standard level, developing continuous curricula, and directing efforts towards scientific research through the establishment of specialized research units and centers that contribute to solving community problems, encouraging scientific research and scientific publishing, supporting continuing education, and thus preparing qualified educational cadres that support all levels of education. which is the basis of educational progress.
