1- Preparing advanced methodologies that reflect the global level that the student should study in the college, similar to colleges that have a high scientific reputation in the same disciplines.
2- Providing a specialized teaching staff who is fluent in the use of modern technologies and methods in education, as well as developing the teaching staff by providing financial support to participate in distinguished local and international courses and conferences.
3- Keeping abreast of global developments in specialized fields through communication with scientific institutions inside and outside Iraq and exchanging experiences and information according to common goals.
4- Providing the community with qualified teaching staff with scientific, practical and educational knowledge by providing them with scientific and educational knowledge and providing them with the skills that qualify them to carry out their profession tasks effectively.
